How does a retreat session work?
DK-Neurogeometry™️
A DK-Neurogeometry™ session is a deeply structured yet gentle neurowellness process aimed at restoring neuromotor balance, bodily awareness, and the body's adaptive capabilities.
Each session takes place offline, in a calm and safe environment, and is not a medical therapy.
1. Entering the space and tuning in
The session starts with:
• soft adaptation to space
• switching attention from the outside world to the body
• gradual calming of the nervous system
The participant smoothly transitions from the mode of everyday stress
into a state of presence and feeling of the body.
2. Individual neurogeometric orientation
Before the start of the practice, a brief, unobtrusive orientation is conducted, including:
• sensation of the center of the body
• perception of symmetry and stability
• respiratory and postural pattern
• general state of nervous regulation
This is not a diagnosis, but a guideline that allows you to adapt the process to a specific person.
3. Working with DK-NEUROGEOMETRY™️ PANEL
The main part of the session is carried out using
DK-NEUROGEOMETRY™️ PANEL — visual-spatial body interface.
In progress:
• attention is directed to the axes, points and geometry of the body
• sensorimotor connection is activated
• movement becomes more precise, economical and conscious
• the body begins to self-organize through neural connections
The movements are soft, accessible and performed without effort or overload.
4. Stabilization and integration
After the active part, the following happens:
• consolidation of a new functional state
• stabilization of posture and body center
• formation of a feeling of internal composure and stability
Many participants note:
• feeling of a “collected” body
• lightness and clarity
• calmness and confidence
• improvement of external plasticity and facial expression
5. Exiting the session and becoming aware of the changes
The session ends:
• a gentle exit from practice
• brief recording of sensations
• recommendations for integrating the condition into everyday life
Changes continue to unfold after the session as the nervous system adapts.

What is important to know
• Sessions are held individually or in a group format • Do not require special physical training • Suitable for people of different ages and levels of training • Format - neurowellness / human performance • Is not a medical treatment and does not replace therapy
